It was beautiful and peaceful traveling out there to visit the brewery and being able to stay in this very old monastery. Very beautiful grounds and very delicious beer. The bar in the lobby was great for grabbing a glass of wine, and the breakfast buffet was very good, including scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, on top of all the usual breakfast stuff. There's a cute little Italian restaurant almost right across the street that has nice outdoor seating. The shuttle bus was on time and reasonably priced to get to the airport in the morning."
