"There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. "
"The carpet was damp when he got to our room after check-in. The room had a slight smell to it, assuming it was due to the moisture from the carpet. It was my fault but I assumed there was daily housekeeping but there was not. Once I requested it, I received it. We visit a couple times a year, with all the options, not sure I will stay there again. "
"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or Uber to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels well stocked. The temperature of the water was a bit uncomfortable though. The pool was a little too cold and the hot tub too hot to really enjoy for long at all. We had a room near the elevator and could hear people talking clearly from the bed. If we come back to Richmond we would request a room away from the elevators. "
"We had a great stay. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I wish I had names, but we checked in the and the young gentleman grabbed us a cart and went to our car and helped us with the luggage. He also brought everything to our room. I think he also was the valet at that time. The night time valet was super great!!! The hotel is very nice and we had a great stay. "
"Check in was fast and informative. Quite for being next to the airport like I couldn't even tell. Very close to many things straight sandwiched by waffle houses . Breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Would be nice if the pool was open later. Has most everything you'd need for a nights stay. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed experiencing their auto-pancake making machine. My only real complaint is the parking garage was too low for our jeep, but there was ample street parking. "
