Sure, it could use some paint and a refresh on furnishings, but I found it clean and comfortable enough in a quiet and attractive setting. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was pretty lame. The coffee was terrible. Still, I'd return."

Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia. Pool was a nice plus as well."

"We reserved a room with a queen size bed, but that room required repairs, so we were given a room with a king size bed. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.
