"To begin, a mess outside bc they are refacing and remodeling everything, I assume. The room wasnt taken care of properly b4 had. I cleaned the filter, jet tub, the bathroom floor. Also, did receive anything about the wifi. Was unable to get information via message. The floors were unfinished, the fridge wasn't wiped out or even running.
No bothered us tho. It seems a few familys are living at property. So, thats why I say that."

We had a disability room (hearing impaired) and it was huge. Perfect for all of our gear and allowed us to eat healthy in the room."

"Bourbon and Brew had quick, flavorful food for reasonable prices and friendly staff. The hotel room was clean, updated and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and approachable; very helpful! "
"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese.
The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September.

I get it. Its the Finger Lakes. Rich folk. Wine Country. ALL the rooms are expensive. The price of the room for what you get? Not awesome. It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall.
The rooms were as clean as they can be with what they’ve got. There's empty screws/nails in the walls that likely used to have art, and having a single garbage can in the main room instead of a small 2nd in the bathroom was odd. Water pressure was just okay.
But, it was still the least expensive room available (under $170) for a single night near the venue I needed to travel to."
