Had awful problem getting the money i paid to Hotels.com to pay the hotel. Was able to get part paid and i had to pay the rest. Hotels.com owes me money. The next person that was checking in had the same problem but worse."

The bathroom door would stick and not close all the way like the door jam is warped. The a/c smelled like musty mildew when it first comes on.
