"We wish there were dishes, utensils and a pan for the nice kitchen which included an induction cooktop and dishwasher along with the refrigerator and microwave. The room was modern and very clean. Lacked a place to set luggage, had to use the bed."

"This Inn is AMAZING. Tucked away in a small courtyard, it is a welcoming oasis with a cute creek beside it. the staff is totally warm and they treat you like family. there is a kitchen with goodies and a wonderful breakfast to boot. I will come again, just to enjoy the charm of this place. I went for the baseball hall of fame and it was fantastic!"

"This little place is nestled right next to the highway, but the room is well insulated against noise. It is noisy by the pool, but it is a lovely, good sized hotel pool which we all enjoyed. We brought blow ups for it. The owners definitely take pride in how they run the Hotel. Right next door is the Erie Canal Cruise place (loved that) and it's close to Cooperstown and Howe Caverns and other regional sites. Picnic tables, Continental breakfast, vending machines. Its a great value."

"Freashly renovated. Smart lcd television in the room. Strong and stable wifi signals. Work desk with desk lamp. Heated mirror so the mirror doesnt fog up. Independent HVAC system. Great water pressure. Clean refrigerator and microwave. No weird smells. "

"The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. The refrigerator and freezer were very efficient. The tv & remote worked well. Room security was good. The in-room coffee maker's directions couldn't be read clearly, so we didn't use it. There was an ice bucket, but no directions on where to find the ice machine. The furniture was very tired and in need of replacement. No additional amenities were provided...the lobby did not provide coffee, snacks for purchase, nor a list of nearby places to eat. "

"My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice. We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience. As for the room, it was cozy, but clean and all three beds had firm mattresses, and we were pleasantly surprised to find they had a television for my son when we made it back with all of the subscription channels available if you were a member of them. All in all, this place deserves better reviews than the ones I read prior to coming here and I hope this review helps future guests choose this as the place for them to stay."

"Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! "

"Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant. Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. "

"Thought this motel met all expectations and needs. It was clean as a whistle with comfortable, large rooms. Some things on the property were not new but they were maintained well. My daughters enjoyed the pools. "
