"Love this hotel, have stayed previously and would stay again. Doesn’t feel like your typical Benidorm hotel, has a much more upmarket feel. Really lovely pool area with heated pool. Poolside Cocktails are excellent, albeit it can take quite a while to be served when only one staff working but they are really made with care and attention so worth the wait! Breakfast is excellent, everything you could want and even had live music one morning. Only small gripe is we actually got told off like naughty children for taking a couple of pastries from the breakfast buffet . . we had paid for breakfast that day but our transfer was leaving so really didn’t see a problem grabbing something for the journey, it was literally 5 mins before it officially opened but the staff member was having none of it! Apart from that, staff are great, especially the reception staff who are super welcoming and helpful."

"We had the most beautiful time there. The staff were very accommodating with regards to my dad needs he had a wheelchair so hotel room was very spacious and the lift was neat breakfast restaurant room. Had a very enjoyable stay. "

Lovely balcony with beautiful views. Our room was ready before the check in time which was a bonus. Will definitely return."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. We had an internal room, which was more than adequate. Air conditioning was ice cold The room was spotlessly clean Will definitely stay there again !!"

"We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort. My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back "

"We stayed 1 night, family of 6.. had 2 separate room, on different floors which i didn't like as we have 2 children with autism and dibetes..Windows didnt lock, room was clean but could do with being updated. The 2 Pools shut at 8pm and my kids were gutted.. no kettle etc in rooms either.. The breakfast in the morning was not good had a good selection but tasted terrible. Lots of people had even left there breakfast too. "

"Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again."

"Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. We went away as friends for both of our birthdays and loved this hotel. Room was clean and looked after daily by housekeeping with a lovely view towards the Levante Beach. Food was good and entertainment was great"

"Although the hotel is very dated and very basic, it was excellent value for money. Expect what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Pool is very small and limited space to sunbathe but ok for a cool down. Breakfast is basic - croissants, few meats, yogurts, fruit bottled water & orange, coffee - not bad at all. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is cheap. Free large car park and a short walk to supermarkets, McDonald’s and the town. Main downfall is that it is situated on a busy road with no footpath - not ideal but ok . Overall quite impressed and would return! "
