"The food options were good, close to shopping, internet was good, pool and hot tub area was nice. Reserved through 3rd party app.. reservation went well, check in was tough as it took 4 hours for room to be cleaned so we could check in. Came back to check after 2 hours hoping to check in and freshen up before going to dinner. Room still was not ready was offered a free drink at the bar and my room deposit was lowered to 20.00 (which really didn't matter as i get the deposit back anyway) was...

"The comfort was good,we stayed 2 nights. They didn’t clean our room the second day and no new towels. The hotel I has a great location. Lot of places to walk to from there. The manager was great with fixing a problem and trying to make it better with rooms of other family members. "
