"The first staff member I met in the morning (April) was very friendly and eager to help. The staff member I met upon my return that evening I believe was Amanda or Amber maybe not but although she was busy was apologetic and also friendly and eager to assist. The rooms were clean and accommodating, had everything that I needed. Pool was open until 10pm which is nice as it's usually late when we return to the hotel from our day. There were also cookies in the lobby that evening which saved me from having to buy my kiddo little snacks from the machine. It also sits a little off the beaten path so was easy access and quiet during the night.
I will be adding this business to my list of places to stay in the future. "

The staff could not be more warm and welcoming—everyone is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Good food and drinks if you don’t want to leave the property, but can drive a short distance for more stores and food options. The water views are just so beautiful. 11/10!"
"We had a lovely short visit staying in the Pineapple room. The pictures on Expedia don't do the place justice. The house is much more beautiful in person. The owners are welcoming and gracious. Once you walk through the front door, it's like being transported to the past. It's quiet and comfortable with rooms steeped history. A great place to relax over tea while reading a book. Our bed was comfortable as well. There was a working electric fireplace with nice amenities like soft robes and slippers. We'll return again. "

"I booked a king room, get there and they tell me I’m getting a double room. Room key kept quitting. Everyday we’d have to go have it fixed. Boy at counter was rude, and barely spoke English. Room had a smoke smell to it. Toilet seat lid was missing a bolt so it kept going sideways. Place was semi clean and tolerable, but I’d never stay there again. "

"My stay was fine, I am planning on booking the room again for two nights. The only complaint I have is there was ants in the room. I went out and bought ant spray. They were on the air conditioner unit, that is where I first noticed them. That was a small thing to a giant. All in all the room was very clean, the environment was very quiet and relaxing; especially when just getting off work from a nine hour day and working in the heat. My fiance found this hotel for me and I am VERY satisfied. And last but not least the location is perfect, because it is only 5 minutes from my job site"
"The property was unique because the room we had was called the Honeymoon Suite. It had an entire kitchen plus a master suite with separate shower and an old fashioned four legged tub. Plus we had a private balcony and a separate entrance to come and go. Our scene each morning that we woke up to was a river with a pier where my husband fished. Ms. Debbie was pleasant, sweet and a perfect host who welcomed us with open arms. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a beautiful time.😊"
