"Excellent"

"I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel is very clean, smart and contemporary looking whilst also being a historic building. I really liked the central courtyard that is also a dining area. Breakfast was good and there was always a lot of choice of food. Food is also served in the evenings at the hotel. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The adjoining bar is very popular and has a terrace with a view out over the bay. The room was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel is within walking distance of three funicular lines down into the centre of Naples and also the park of the Villa Floridiana is 2 minutes away whilst the beautiful and interesting Certosa di San Martino and the Castel Sant'Elmo, both with stunning views over the city, are about a 15 minute walk. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Napoli very close to via Toledo and surrounding. Taxi station right across the street. Staff was courteous and great The sunroof pool was great! Great views of the city "

"Amazing stay! The b&b is brand new and designed wonderfully with beautiful upgrades. The ac worked perfect and the wifi was fast. Mossimo the owner was very responsive from the moment I booked my room. The only thing I will say is that as a solo traveler I did not feel safe outside after dark. This was my first time in Naples so I cannot say if I would have felt different in another area or not, and do not discredit this wonderful establishment at all for that. Once I was inside the b&b I was not concerned at all for my safety."

"Inside the hotel was great. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Since it’s near the central train station the streets around felt a little chaotic and dirty, but the hotel was lovely."

"Great option for us due to its location between the port and train station, very happy with our choice. The location is reached through a courtyard from the street so it is very quiet and the room was extremely clean with modern aesthetic. We liked the amenities in the shared kitchen such a big fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, cups, etc (anything you would need I think) and the shower in the room got hot with good water pressure. WiFi worked well. "

"A lovely gem of a hotel just outside of Naples and great for exploring Pompeii. The nearest train station was closed for renovations but the hotel put on a free taxi shuttle service which was fantastic. The breakfast was great, hotel was very clean, quiet and modern. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, great for families. The staff made the stay 5 stars. Always willing to help. Friendly, great service. Lovely pool, lovely sea views. Highly recommend. It did not disappoint."

"We loved the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic the only thing that made me feel unsafe was that there was a person on the 4th floor that was not a guest sitting in the chairs my elevator asking for water being a parent with kids in a separate room it did make me feel uncomfortable not sure if the property has security . Great location close to a lot of the sights in Naples "

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION!
