"From the hotel's location, it was simple and a short drive to get to the riverfront area of Covington and into Cincinnati. There was no view of the Ohio River from the property, which I thought might be visible, but the property was well lit, clean, and my family felt safe on the premises."

"This hotel has an incredible location if you are going to either the Bengals or Reds stadiums. Easy valet parking and stadiums are within walking distance. Lots of food choices as well along the banks. Hotel staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean. "

"Very upset!! Was told to just call for our shuttle pick up from airport. Called for over an hour and had to spend additional $30 on Uber.when arrived back at desk nobody to be found even has people waiting to check in. Want a refund!!"

"This was a pleasant surprise, I loved this hotel. We came in to catch a ball game and was so impressed at the convince of the is hotel. It’s modern and clean and cute! It’s close to the ball park only a short walk and the bed and shower are great! It was one of the best night sleeps I had on our trip. I’m going to look for IHG hotels in the future. "

"Trying to find a hotel was a little odd the way it was set up as well as the parking but once you got inside, it was very nice. The whole Avion and I really liked the rooftop area."

"I’m very iffy on hotels but this one was perfect! Very clean, quiet location and breakfast was really good. Check in/out was very easy. Had to request new remotes for the tvs but that was it! Will be staying here again. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a lot of history. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly/helpful but the bar tenders had excellent staff. Elevators are very slow. Rooms were very nice and clean. Easy walk from the Reds Stadium. "
