We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

The only negative was a misunderstanding when we checked in - I had already paid in advance and was almost required to pay a second time, but this was resolved by the morning. I would stay here again in the future, and recommend it to others. "

"I arrived to the hotel and the manager said that Expedia did not send any reservation for me. It was late at night and I decided to stay. Next day the manager said that I need to pay out of my pocket because Expedia didn't send any reservation. I tried to call Expedia and it was not easy. When I got home I call Expedia and made the complain I was hoping they return my money but they didn't. The manager did not help me to contact Expedia just said that I need to pay because he was busy.
