"The location was great, right off the freeway, so easy in and out for us. Surprisingly, it was pretty quiet. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for early check-in. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I had been given a 3rd floor room and had previously asked for ground floor. The girl at the desk changed it for me and I appreciated that. Netflix was not working and front desk was not able to help but said they would ask for some kind of compensation for us. Wi-Fi was very good. . Room was good, very clean, however the bed was a bit hard and lumpy pillows. Not a deal-breaker, tho. Breakfast was decent, good coffee, lots of options. The attendant was very nice and made sure everything was stocked. We would stay here again."

"It was quiet, good size room with modern appearance. The bed was comfortable. The shower just needed some additional cleaning as hairs were not cleaned off the tiles. But the staff brought in someone to take care of it."

"Only problem I had was the bed was 3.5 off the floor, I'm 5.3". At 80 years old I had trouble getting in and out of the bed."

"OKKKK. So you are kidding me. This place was perfect. IT has dining spots all around the hotel. We were out here for a wedding that was in fallbrook and that was perfect. Super close to downtown temecula as well. But let me tell you. THE KING BED was quite literally the comfiest bed i have ever been in. The hotel was clean and the breakfast in the morning???! OK what a win. We will be back to stay here. IT was 10000% worth it. BUT HEADS UP: they do not take apple pay or anything that is on your phone, it has to be an actual card. Other than that. The staff and everyone was so nice and accomodating. "
