"We found ourself unexpectedly in Namur as we had a puncture enroute to Austria, and with all the garages closed on the weekend, we enjoyed everything Namur had to offer.. The shining star was on Monday morning when my non existent French was getting me nowhere with the tyre garages, the lovely receptionist called a few garages for me until we found a tyre and we could continue our holiday.. We are extremely grateful "

"I rarely write reviews, but this stay was truly exceptional and deserves recognition. From check-in to check-out, Roland and Michelle provided warm and genuine hospitality that went above and beyond.
The location is peaceful and perfect for both relaxation and work, and only about 25 minutes by car from central Brussels. The room was beautifully designed—modern, spacious, and extremely clean, with a cozy private balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt like something out of a luxury hotel, equipped with everything we needed.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which is included in the price. You choose your options the night before, and it’s served in person by the hosts—fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Their passion for hospitality really shows in every detail.
There’s also a lovely garden space where dinner can be enjoyed if you wish, and we had access to a secure garage for parking, also included.
All of this—superb service, beautiful accommodations, breakfast, and parking—came at a price that is incredibly fair compared to Brussels city options, and the overall value was unbeatable.

"This place has a lot of character! I have to admit that the Nightmare Before Christmas decorations in the front room scared me a bit as we arrived late at night, but if you are a movie buff you will love looking around at all the signed pictures, memorabilia and decorations.
The room itself is beautiful and very comfortable, I would recommend adults to stay."
"I had a brilliant stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The breakfast was excellent – perfectly cooked eggs and bacon, a great variety of fresh breads and rolls, and loads of pastries to enjoy.
I stayed in one of the large farmhouse rooms just across the road from the main hotel (check-in is over there). The room was spacious, clean, and en-suite, with a handy kitchenette (microwave and fridge), good TV channels, and everything I needed.
The hotel offers great facilities including a swimming pool, free pool table, table tennis, and table football – perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s conveniently located near supermarkets.
Free parking is also a big bonus if you’re driving (although I think only for the farmhouse not the main hotel)
The only small downside was that weekend breakfast starts at 8am, which is a bit late if you’re an early riser. A 7am option would be ideal.
Other than that, it was a comfortable, well-equipped, and great-value stay in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!"
"The staff was supper helpful and friendly since day one. The rooms are big and spacious. The views from the balcony are breath taking. I would definitely stay there again. A fridge in the room would be a great addition in the future, so you can store food from the markets.

"A lovely quirky hotel with very friendly, welcoming staff and an excellent breakfast (check out the pancake making machine and freshly squeezed OJ!) Suggest booking ahead if you want to eat in either of the restaurants as they were fully booked when we arrived but the chap on reception gave us several recommended lical restaurants in walking distance and then booked a lively little fanily run Italian restaurant for us. "This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last."

Very friendly young man on reception, free coffee and tea available for guests (that was a new innovation from our last stay) and brilliant breakfast - far outshone that offered by other budget hotels/motels for an excellent price. Comfy bed and best of all a full size shower, not a curtained off section of a toilet room!. USB charging points within the bedside lamps and a small table/chair for convenience. Highly recommend."
