"We were there at the Wexford several days after the opening. Our room was newly renovated, modern fixtures, comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave provided, large tv above a modern fireplace.
More needs to be done to make it a top-rated hotel.

"I like the hotel, and the size and comfort of the room was very good. I had a problem with the fact they called them self an extended stay hotel but were unable to provide me with basic utensils (cups, glasses, coffee pot, ect.) for a long stay at a hotel. This is a good hotel to stay at but not for an extended period of time."

"I booked 2 rooms. My 2nd room was booked for Kimberly Burkhart. We checked in, left our room for a bit to then find out that they also assigned this room to another couple giving them keys to Kimberlys room. This other couple went into Kimberlys room with out her knowledge or approval. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. The front desk acted like it was our fault and offered nothing for having to spend another 45 minutes at the desk to get it straightened around. NOT HAPPY"

The couch/pillows in room were stained and carpet needs replacing.

The only thing we didn’t care for was no cleaning staff came in at all, we went and got new towels from front desk because the “green” plan was to reuse towels and washcloths, but we don’t reuse towels and washcloths and no one emptied trash in room or left new coffee packs for us each day. The breakfast room didn’t have people there for coffee sometimes. The front desk people had to come help us get coffee. The roof top staff was amazing. "
