"This was the best experience I'd had at a hotel in years, and that includes some fancier 5-star hotels. Every single aspect of the stay was perfect.
The morning breakfast was vast and delicious.
The lobby and counter staff were helpful and friendly.
The cleaning folks were friendly and kind and welcoming.
The room was immaculate
The exercise/fitness room was clean and well maintained
The pool was well lit and well tended.
I've stayed a places that were great, but the vibe of joy and friendliness (mixed with an amazing venue and facilities) was top notch. I would live in room 106 ( which for an exercise buff like me, was perfectly across the hall from the fitness center) if I could.:)
