"what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there.
The site could do alot more perhaps a bit if entertainment etc and maybe a møre better takeaway although this didn’t stop is having a good holiday."

"We loved our stay, located a lovely 5 minute walk across the picturesque bridge from Chinon and it’s castle, this family owned and operated B&B was just what our family (2 adults, 2 children) needed. "The location was wonderful, the view of Chinon castle was spectacular, central loire valley location in a medieval town with a busy Centreville and close to amenities. The pool was great, as was the balcony overlooking all. The unit was well appointed and large enough. A little tired but it was what i expected for a holiday spot geared towards families. "We were the only people in this chateau which was nice but kind of weird. They just reopened we were told. I liked my room; the mattress was very comfortable and the fabric on the walls was very elegant. It was a little tight with the queen bed but it was fine. The bathroom was fine apart from the 1/2 circle shower which I continuously banged into while showering. Other than that it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing around this place; in the middle of nowhere. "
"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were looked after very well by Phillipe, Natasha and the staff. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was very good. However, for us the highest marks should go to to the food. The breakfast had an excellent European choice. The dinners were superb. The menu was changed everyday and there was a limited but good choice of dishes. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The fish and desserts were particularly good. It was a very good price for the quality. We intended to eat there just twice but only ate out at a small restaurant in the village was once.
Philippe was very helpful in giving us suggestions for visits. We would definitely stay there again when we next visit France."

"This was a lovely, relaxed hotel with lots to do for the whole family. Tennis, golf, driving range, mini golf, volleyball etc and even a mini farm, horse riding and games room. Events such as walks and an outdoor cinema. Great breakfast with local produce, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
