"This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. "

"Had a lovely few days at this hotel, the room was clean & spacious overlooking the pedestrianised old town street. Can’t say what the breakfast was like as we ate out. Unfortunately we arrived when the road was closed to drop our bags from the car, but we were directed to the underground car park just across the road & parked there.
The views & general vibe of Annecy is beautiful, the people were very friendly. My only regret was not swimming in the lake. We loved our time here & will return....
