"Amazing resort, good services"

"My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our 5 nights stay here. The resort was wonderful and the staff and facilities were faultless. We liked the variety and quality of the food at breakfast as well as the ambience (live piano). We also really enjoyed the two dining experiences we had at the Asian restaurant by the beach. The food was fantastic. It is a shame that the restaurant is not open on a Monday evening as we were looking forward to dining there on our last night. The gym facilities were excellent. It was clean and well maintained. Our Mountain View room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained and very beautiful. Highly recommend."

"I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the staff use swear words and you can hear them talk in the kitchen. - not very civilized. A lifeguard also talks on the phone to invite his relatives from the public beach to come over to the hotel to use its facilities - very unprofessional. The hotel should introduce perhaps a paper wristband to distinguish hotel guests from unregistered guests. "

"This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. The food is delicious, but you will pay resort prices for it. They have an extensive option of food choices for the breakfast, which does come with the room. The only cons are two: 1) It is way away from water excursions and the rest of the island. This means that you have to pay to go almost anywhere. 2) If you go during the rainy season(March-September) there will be very few days that they will allow you to swim in the ocean. We were there for 5 days, and only got to swim 1 day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort."

"The place was clean and luxurious. The room was in great condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really liked the food at the restaurant, the pool, and the lounge for departing guests. The only downside was that it felt a bit crowded, so when I made requests at the lobby, the response was a little slow, which was a bit inconvenient."

"Gorgeous lux property, away from hustle and bustle. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and the staff prepared a few special treats which was a pleasant surprise. Food was superb and we looked forward to breakfast every morning - staff at Rice Market were always attentive and polite. Treatments at the spa were really relaxing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a beautiful property with wonderful service"

Overall, the stay was pleasant with good value. However, a significant issue was the presence of ants continuously appearing from the bed in one of the rooms. "

"It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US. Over all, the villa was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. "

"The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

"Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. My only negative was the wind was quite strong and our balcony door kept banging which woke me up. Other than that, definitely value for money. "

"The radisson blu resort phu quoc was a fantastic place for a place to stay if you want to venture to grand world and vinwonders. both areas are not to far apart and convenient if you want to venture those areas. The staffs in the hotel are very respectful, generous, and know how to treat us like a real guest. I’m looking for to come back again with my family."

"If I can give Premier Village Phu Quoc 6 stars, I would. From check in to check out, everything exceeded our expectations. A shout to all the staffs with a 10/5 services, especially Chloe (QC Manager), Vinh (buggy driver), Hannah (The Market breakfast). Their patients, attentiveness, warmth hospitality made us feel like VIPS. This resort is so stunning, with a private white sand beach for guest to snorkel, kayaking, swimming. They also offer free ticket to Kiss of the Sea water show, it is so spectacular. I have seen many show in United States and Vegas, but this show is by far so much better. I also travel to the North shore, but the vibes is too busy and Vegas vibe for us. Thank you Premier Village Phu Quoc for an unforgettable family vacation, from Villa 801!"

"From the moment we arrived at Grand Ocean Bay Resort Phu Quoc, we were completely blown away. Everything about this place radiates luxury and serenity — it truly felt like a real-life White Lotus experience (minus the drama!). The service was warm, prompt and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of fresh, tasty options and unreal ocean views to start each day. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed with luxurious wooden and rainforest-inspired finishes, while still feeling high end and polished. "Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. You need what's app to communicate with host Other than this hick up we loved the stay and room and I would stay here again. The fireworks from the room was wow!!!! "

"Nice pool on the beach, adequate gym and two restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. This resort is near the airport but it doesn’t spoil your stay. Getting around the island is easy by taxi or grab. Not far from town and the night market."

"My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations.
