"I loved this facility; rooms were modernized with decent shower and bath tub stalls, and breakfast buffet was simply great. My only complaint would be access to Yokohama station due to hectic travel; however, i've seen ongoing constructions, so there will be more improvements for sure."

"Hotel located close and walkable distance to the cruise terminal . (10 min walk ) . Clean and comfortable. Staff was great and helped me with some documents that needed to be print . Breakfast on site and there is a 7 eleven close to it . Chinatown 5 min walk . Will recommend!"

"Short walk from Yokohama station. The convenience store downstairs was very usedul. My daughter loved public bath in B1. Overall we enjoyed 2 night stay in Hotel Plum very much. Reasonable yet it has everything we need. "

"Loved the hotel , the breakfast buffet was always amazing and it was in a non tourist neighborhood which was nice . Only down fall was you needed to take a train a hour to two hours to go to the tourist spots , but that isn’t their fault , clearly you can book hotels closer to those spots ! The staff was always kind and did their best with the language barrier between us . Would stay again ! "

We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again. "
