"The front desk was a little standoff ish. I arrived at 9pm and you would have thought the world was ending. Just a massive hotel with a lot of people. The onsen was super crowded and lots of the surrounding restaurants close earlier than mentioned. A bit pricey for the style of room, but very limited availability in the area."

Breakfast was amazing - you choose from one of four choices each day. The beef is truly wonderful. You also get access to a small lounge by the front desk which provides free water and juice all day. There is also the option of free soup and/or curry in the evenings should you want it. Staff are lovely too."
