"Fantastic place to enjoy nature and the surrounding areas of Sapporo and Otaru. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Piano play at night during the week was actually one of the highlights just sitting and listening to live play for an hour. Having a car helps getting around as there really is not much within walking distance. Many of the frost staff spoke English, but it’s definitely a hotel more for Japanese tourists. "Great relaxing and quiet experience in Yoichi. Good location connecting to ever must visit spots nearby. 2min walk to Nikka Distillery.
Great food experience during stay. Fantastic foods with great wine pairings. Ideal stay for wine lover and city escape in Yoichi. "

"The tasting menu and local wine pairing was the highlight of my stay and may also be the highlight of my 3 week trip of Japan. The quality and thoughtfulness of the dishes are complimented superbly by sommelier So-san's wonderful service and exquisite selection of world-class wine.
The room and hotel conditions were good but nothing extraordinary. The main downsides are the poor sound proofing and lack of elevators for those transporting heavy bags."

"Probably the warmest, most hospitable staff I've experienced at a hotel/lodge. They go the extra mile to make a nice experience. Also close to a bus stop with good service, so getting to slopes is quite easy."

"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"10 minutes by car from otaru chikko station, beautiful scenery surrounded by mountains, trees and a river!
The owners are kind and understanding if you know little japanese. For three people, the rooms are spacious with big windows and a large table. For outside, you can lend boots for the snow.
Overall the experience was beautiful, Reccomended if you want to getaway from the busy environment of the central town. Thank you :)"

"Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear
Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this property near Kutchan Station in the Niseko area. The self-check-in system worked flawlessly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings, while the shared kitchen space was well-equipped and practical. Having cooking facilities was particularly valuable given the location near Kutchan's local markets.
The hotel's position proved ideal - close enough to Kutchan Station for easy access, yet...

"The facilities were clean, but a little run down. The staff was great. Their location is close to Niseko Village lifts, but you need a shuttle to get to the Hilton, Hirafu or most anything else. I would stay with a friend, but probably not my family. "

Fruits Park Niki is 5 mi (8.1 km) from central Niki, why not stop by during your stay. Our travelers also like this walkable area for its restaurants. Want to stretch your legs some more? Head to Yamamoto Sightseeing Orchard, located nearby.
"Very convenient location between the rain station and the main attraction street.
Very cozy cute hotel.
The bathroom was super small though.
Breakfast buffet was pretty good and well organised, online waiting room really helped.
Per my understanding parking is limited, but we did not have a car. View of the canal was nice.
Onsen was pretty small, but at least not that crowded. No sauna and both baths were pretty hot.
Other than that, I would stay there again. "
"This is a 5 star property, optimized for western visitors. The dinner is Michelin star worthy. All of the ingredients are fresh and mostly local. It’s amazing."
"New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore.
Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! So you have to leave luggage on the floor. 2. Big ofuro had steam sauna (women) but it was a joke. It wasn't hot at all. I was able to do own hot yoga (warm yoga!) "
"Overall the resort stay is good value for money (summer), it has everything onsite, amusement park, shopping, food etc. some downside could be: the hotel room bathroom being a little dated, they don't do cleaning daily, but they do at least change your towels for you. Being a hotel, noise from your neighbors could be a problem (talking loudly in their room or outside in the corridors, slamming the door etc esp at night or in the early morning). They also provide coffee bags and teas in room. Location wise it seems to be quite ok, as we were able to drive (south) to Lake Toya in under 30mins or so, city of Date, Muroran, Noboribetsu etc. to the north, niseko, and if you like to the East is Jozenkei, all within about an hour. Plenty of Parking and is free. You also have access as a resort guest to Westin's onsen. The monorail is cute! Just note that this is in the summer where it's not the resort ski season so everything is very chill and not too crowded, I think things might get a bit different in the winter busy season though :) "
"We stayed 3 nights in Ki Niseko Hotel in a mini one bedroom apartment with a view of Mount Yotei this summer. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants in town and opposite our favourite town coffee shop in Rhythms where they made great coffee, fresh smoothies and veggie sausage rolls!
We enjoyed the hotel and the space and amenities in the room, but found the town during the early summer months too quiet, with minimal restaurants, shops, bars and cafes open which was such a shame as the countryside around was beautiful. Ski lifts weren’t open yet so we couldn’t use them to walk in the hills and mountains surrounding the resort.
We noticed the summer season starts July 19th so I imagine after then more would be open.
The area is positioned well for hiking and exploring, you will definitely need a car.
The hotel has a nice onsite restaurant which we ate in once and enjoyed the food (minimal vegetarian options however). Breakfast was ok, a little limited in Western options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel and would recommend if staying in the area for a short break. "

"The traditional Japanese style room was great and we had a beautiful thirteenth floor view of the green lush mountains. Paddleboarding nearby was also great. Nice town and wonderful people. "
"The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service team is friendly and efficient.
The room is fantastic. Bright and spacious. Amenities are good. Super clean. Very comfortable pillow. One of the best stays. "
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Property is very nicely designed, well executed and well managed. Overnight parking (valet) is relatively expensive for the spring season in the area."
"Great location with valley view. Clean and furnished room. 4 different themes of private onsens available including public bath. Skincare amenities available. Kaiseiki dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious! Will stay here again. "
"This is just perfect!!! Has it own perfect beginner slopes and the set up with the rental and lockers is 5m from the chairlifts !! Food is ok with a couple of really good highlights including some amazing sashimi scallops...on the dinner buffet "
