"The hotel grounds are BEAUTIFUL!!! I woke up to a gorgeous view that I could see RIGHT FROM MY BED! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Chris was the absolute best!!!! He helped with everything from checking in to reservations to recommendations! The hotel itself is not in a “hot spot” but it is conveniently located on the route that leads to La Fortuna and popular hot springs. So, it was an easy drive to get to different activities and restaurants. I will definitely return!"

"Sibu was a beautiful property with clean, cozy rooms and a great restaurant on site. Loved the access to Poco a Poco for the covered pool during rainy afternoons. Hotel grounds were beautiful and lots of cozy nooks to spend time in. Wonderful included breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"Brand new property with only a few reviews that were all good. Glad we went with it. It was great. It is away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna and it is absolutely beautiful. It is a little bit off the beaten path and up a slightly challenging road to get to, but it is worth it. You need a rental car to get here. Preferably an SUV."

"This is our second time at Los Lagos. We are big fans of the pools, beautiful property, and impressive breakfast buffet. We got a larger room set up with additional beds this time and the location plus views were lovely. We really enjoy Costa Rican hospitality everywhere but have nothing but great things to say about the service staff. We will be back!"

"Property was not downtown but still walkable to restaurants. Nice pool area and they actually had HOT hot tubs! The other places we went didn’t. So we were happy to sit in a hot one in the evenings. Clean and nice rooms. We were in building two with a perfectly clear view of the volcano! Bar upstairs was nice. Buffet breakfast was great, especially the omelette station for my son! Great place to stay in La Fortuna!"

"We had an amazing time at Casa Del Rio. The staff were very friendly at check-in and during our stay. We enjoyed the different pools and the fun waterslide. The villa we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious and we really enjoyed having a grill on the deck and being able to self-cater some nights. We enjoyed the breakfast - there was a good selection on the menu and especially Diego was a fantastic waiter who looked after us and the kids really well. The location is really good - just a few minutes from the town but in a nice quiet location and close to the La Fortuna river and waterfall."

"The property is within walking distance to the beach and pleasure activities such as zip lining, surfing, and hiking. There are many restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. The property is beautiful. "

"I recently stayed at Brisas and can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The view of nature on the property was unbelievable! I stayed in the newest building C7, and it was absolutely beautiful– the highlight being the new front and rear patio with a nice hammock where I spent peaceful moments soaking in the surrounding nature and view of the Volcano. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening while listening to the sounds of the jungle. The owner is one of the warmest and most genuine people I’ve ever met while traveling. He personally greeted us, shared local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed – he truly treats you like family. The front desk staff were equally fantastic – always helpful,kind and attentive. Whether we needed tour recommendations or had questions about the area, they were ready with a smile and great advice. And let’s talk about the breakfast – it was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in a lovely open-air area where you can watch colorful birds nearby while you eat. A perfect way to start each day in paradise. If you're visiting La Fortuna, Brisas is your best option. It combines comfort, hospitality, and the beauty of Costa Rica in the best possible way. I immediately extended my stay by 3 days as soon as I saw my room! Special shout out to the property pups, Roxie, Molly, Sammy and Cookie for being great company during our stay. -Golfiteño"

"Our stay at Bauma was fantastic! The staff were very helpful, parking lot was paved, jacuzzi was a good size & the bathroom plus shower were very spacious. It is closer to La Fortuna waterfall and a short drive into the downtown area. There is a small market down the street as well. We would definitely return back to stay here! "
