"Wow what an excellent find. Rolando and his staff made us feel like we were family wile staying here. Initially booked for two nights but decided to stay an extra night because it was perfect. The rooms are updated and very clean, the property is magical and the service was top of the line. So close to Ataco and Juayua and many attractions like cafe albania. We went here with our 8yr old and 2 yr old and they loved it. "

"Nothing outstanding about the hotel, except the nice view from the deck. Goodnight sleep, soft sheets and comfortable bed, except the pillows are too thick and cause neck pain. The bedrooms on the bottom floor have a stuffy smell and need to be aired out. Pick a room on the upper floor for nicer view. Breakfast opens at 8am but it took 30 minutes to be served. "

"Hotel Alicante is such a beautiful place, nestled in a large scenic property and new the lake. It was perfect for my family as we wanted a nice, safe, and quiet place where we could also spend time walking around the property and enjoying great food. My kids were able to do horse back riding and riding on ATVs there too. Highly recommend! "

"Very comfortable hotel, we arrived late a night and they were waiting for us. Marlon at the front desk is a great guy and does go above and beyond on customers needs. Breakfast are good and inexpensive, hot water is a plus. I would stay here again "

"The resort is big and beautiful! The staff was extremely nice. They have several pools and beaches. The only suggestions is more activating during the day. They have lots of restaurants but they book fast. Food was good! We will definitely stay here again. "
