"We loved the roof-top pool - it is a great place to relax after a day exploring southern Taiwan. There are some very good restaurants a short walk from the hotel."

"The staff provided excellent service, the room was a bit outdated. We got sick because the food was not fresh. We ate meal at the restaurant by the beach, and by the afternoon we started feeling nauseous, vomiting, and having diarrhea. My child even threw up because of it. We felt unwell for two days. The location of YOHO Resort is quite remote from the town center, and there weren’t many transportation options. The car service was limited and quite expensive. However, the facilities were very fun and my child really enjoyed them."

"The B&B is located a stone throw from the Hengchun Bus Station, making it extremely convenient to get to. The room is clean and comfortable. We had 2 pax staying in the family room so that makes it more comfortable for us. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location with clean and modern rooms. 3-5 min walk to town and public transit. The beach is across the street; however, it’s about a 15min walk to an area that is safe to swim. It was hit or miss in terms of staff hospitality. We had an unfriendly check-in experience (told to come back at 3 when we showed up around 2, then they stood up and left the reception area, leaving us in the lobby without an offer to store our luggage). Had a better experience next day with a different person who helped me organize a maxi-taxi. Free breakfast is provided at set times by the neighboring café (same staff as hotel). Breakfast consisted of 1 glass of sweet tea, 1 sausage link, iceberg lettuce and a slice of toast with chocolate spread. The rooms are very small & do not have any storage whatsoever. Therefore, it can feel crowded w/2 people & 2 carry on bags. Most rooms overlook the parking lot with a view into other people’s rooms/balconies. Although there are some cons, I thought the location + cleanliness was worth the price I paid. I would stay here again for similar pricing (~1500 TWD per night). "

"We enjoyed the stay at Kenting Coast Resort for two nights. The front desk helped us moved our luggage’s when we arrived in a pouring rain. We traveled many places before arrived in Kenting. The night market is right behind the hotel. In front of the hotel, we just walked across a small bridge to get the beautiful beach. We walked in early morning to avoid the heat and in the afternoon after a short rain. We can quickly walk to beach and back to our AC room when it is too hot. The room is normal size with a big bathroom and space shower room."

"Fantastic accommodation. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main street but very quiet. The staff were professional, friendly and very attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Furniture in great condition, comfy bed. The breakfasts were super. The free snacks and drinks were much appreciated. It is probably a higher price point than many places but it was so worth it The best accommodation we have had in two weeks in Taiwan Thoroughly recommended."

"Our room was offered including city view and bathtub, which was not at the end. They could do a bit more with cleaning and maintenance. Trying to charge extra for a pillow is not acceptable."

"Very windy location. Main front door is closed and locked due to windy condition. Room is spotless and very luxurious, but privacy curtain outside of bathroom is a bit strange. Not much around the area but the stay includes all meals and late night snacks, so a bonus. View is spectacular, though limited by the weird structures outside of the balcony."

"This is a great place to stay at South Beach. Clean rooms very friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Family owned and operated. You are right on the main road but road noise was not bad. "

"The property is right across the street from the ocean with great walking paths. There are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. They offer driver service, which I used to go to the aquarium. The pricing was very reasonable. I reserved a single, which was WAY roomier than I expected. The double bed was very comfortable. The hotel as a whole could use a refresh, but had some nice amenities. The laundry room was clean and priced below the usual. The restaurant food is mediocre, which is a shame since that's your only choice if you don't have a car."

"The staff was very attentive, helpful and nice. One of the ladies there was so quick when it came to shipping up a delicious. As for the room, it could have felt a bit cleaner. There were ants crawling around done of the walls. The sheets felt somewhat clean but had some previous strains. We loved that there was free parking available and it was situated in a great location close to the township and Kenting attractions."

"A hidden gem in Kenting, newly opened and perfect for young travelers, especially couples looking for a quick getaway. The place is spotless and conveniently located, with a bus station right across the road. Additionally, scooter rentals from courtesy of a friendly owner are just a few shops away from the hotel and the vibrant night market is less than a five-minute walk away."

"No one at reception and sign asks customers to call for staff to arrive for check-in. However, for anyone who has only data but unable to make local phone calls. It’s very inconvenient. The same happened when I was checking out which you have to contact staff to arrive since there is never any staff at the reception desk on duty. "
