We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "

A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff. "

"It was the perfect stop over for our trip from UK to Italy. We were arriving after 11pm but the instructions to get our keys was seamless. Breakfast was great and they accommodate animals. "I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. "
