Receptionist did not seem to have our booking, did not speak any English, and it was quite a stressful check-in, thinking we may not have a room. Had booked inter-connecting rooms for 2 adults/2 children, which she seemed to have no record of!"

Small room with a 'pod' for the shower and toilet in the corner - but all clean and just perfect for my needs. Large shopping centre with all the usual fast food outlets 20mins walk away."

Contacted the hotel via email, texts, whats app messages and calls (on both their main and emergency "24hr" number) totalling over 20 times as well as having hotels.com attempt to contact them as we couldn't enter the apartment on arrival as reception was shut. I had to stay in my car with two children and a baby until they let us in - 2hrs 15mins before check out!! Absolute waste of money, booked for a rest stop and was more tired than if id just travelled in the morning...

"As I write, this Zenitude is virtually brand new. Opened only in May. So atm everything is immaculate. The hotel was a bit hard to find though, and we got lost in the underground car park! Could do with better signage tbh. Having said that it was virtually a perfect stay. Ive used a few Zenitudes around France and all have been excellent. This us wonderful value for money and possibly the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept on."

"The property is in an excellent position in central Rouen. It is a budget option with the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, showing their age. However the linens were clean and the bathroom was very clean and shower worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good. Downside was the lack of aircon in a 30c heat. Staff lovely."
