Hôtel du Golf
10/10 Excellent
"Seamless check-in very friendly reception staff and great choice of breakfast, in particular as travelling with fussy kids.
We will definitely rebook for future trips."
"Excellent one night family stop over on the way to the shuttle. Welcoming at reception. Mezzanine beds for the kids. Everything clean and tidy. Didn't eat at the hotel. Had dinner at Grand'Place cafe and a beer in Le Douglas"
"Refurbished bathroom whilst small was adequate for a short stay. Bed was comfortable and storage space adequate for short stay. Room needs redecoration and new carpeting. TV only had french stations and pity no tea or coffee making facilities. Excellent secure car parking on site. Bar well presented. Did not use the restaurant facilities."
"The staff were all excellent, the room wonderful and the grounds pretty - a great overall sense of quiet and calm
I did not like the booking experience with Expedia however - the photo linked with the room I booked was not correct and over-inflated expectation. When the hotel realised they changed the picture and offered us a free upgrade"
"We recently stayed at this wonderful French Gite and were thoroughly impressed. The property consists of several buildings within a secure, gated complex, which made it feel very safe and peaceful. It was also exceptionally quiet – perfect for a relaxing getaway – and there was plenty of parking available on site.
Our room was modern, uniquely designed, and had a cosy rustic feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, small hob, and all the necessary cookware and crockery for preparing simple meals. The air conditioning was very effective, and the shutters made the room wonderfully dark at night.
The brand-new (2025) swimming complex was stunning, with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room – all immaculately clean and beautifully styled. White bathrobes were provided for guests using the facilities, which was a nice touch.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant beside the pool, with an option to sit on the patio surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would return in a heartbeat."
"This property is fabulous receptionist was great spoke English we were a little early so we sat next to the swimming pool when the room was ready there was a lift to access higher floors parking for cars is free and are parked on site the room/apartment was amazing- oven, hob, microwave full fridge freezer and dishwasher beds were really comfortable and the lounge had sofa to relax on a tv if needed we had a large balcony
This property is within walking distance of the local bakery and restaurants, bar and marvellous beach "
"This perfectly located three star hotel earns every one of its stars. The staff are super helpful and the room was comfortable. A good bed and pillows. "
"The staff are excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are rather small, but well maintained. The only other negative is very limited parking at the hotel. The parking nearby is rather expensive for longer stays, although the hotel staff explained where we could park for free a few streets away, and, whilst not the most convenient solution, wa perfectly adequate. Other than small rooms and parking, this is a very good hotel indeed."
"Our second visit to the Auberge and we could return in the future. Nice setting, good food, lovely staff - and close to the channel crossing so makes a great stopover."
"The hotel is lovely and clean and felt very safe
Breakfast was a very fresh continental breakfast.
It is about a 40 minute walk into Le Touquet .
We wouldn’t visit Le Touquet again but certainly use another B and B hotel"
"L'hôtel les situés dans un lieu absolument isolé calme les chances sont très calmes et le personnel est très très très serviable dans tout va bien. Jeu le recommande"
"We have stayed here before.
Lovely chateau and grounds, lovely staff.
Unfortunarely a recent kitchen disaster meant that the eveving meals were unavailable"
"Glad we chose here vs another local option, a great room overlooking the main square. Also glad we planned not to take in much luggage due to stairs that I find challenging, as these were more challenging than most. Our host helped with our luggage which was appreciated. Liked the town too."
"I’ve stayed in Le Touquet a few times. This is the first time I’ve had to pay City Tax to the hotel on arrival.
Lovely little hotel on a quiet street only a 2 minute walk to the centre I had a superior room with a balcony. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom was new and I had no problem with hot water. Check in was friendly and straight forward. The balcony had a table and chairs.
There’s no lift. No fridge in the room.
Only problem i had were the people in the room above me were very noisy at times. I guess because this is an old building there’s no sound proofing. Reception is closed after 8pm. We were given a door key for returning after 8pm.
Parking is on the street and had to be paid for but in my experience that’s normal for most hotels in Le Touquet.
I would definitely stay here again.
"
"The room was large and spacious. Also a large bathroom.
A large comfortable bed.
Adequate supplies in fridge for breakfast juice fruit yogurt etc. and coffee and tea.
Bread and croissants were available in the morning.
The only big drawback was the lack of lighting. There were no room lights at all!!
Only bedside lights each side and a small desk light. Sitting in a chair to read, when dark outside was not possible for an older person. The desk light didn’t work at first.
I found the bulb not tightly screwed in, but more importantly the socket into which it was plugged, didn’t work.
Other than these points the room was super. "
"great hotel , very well located, has a nice pool, although not as nice as in the photos. Very friendly staff. Amazing food at the restaurant. highly recommended."
