"Everything was good, apart from the hair dryer, it was not functional, no electricity near the dryer to make it work as the hair dryer is fixed to the wall near the mirror. The telephone is not connected to the reception, no info at the arrival how to contact the reception service if any questions "

"Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain. Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune. Couple of negatives. When I book a double room I expect to get a double bed not two singles pushed together - that's a twin room. Shower had no soapdish / shelf so nowhere to put products."

"Very nice stay in a renovated mansion. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is very good. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, and to the old town in 20-25 minutes. San Sebastian is a beautiful and safe city. I would certainly stay here again."

"Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!"

"We enjoyed our brief stay at Mosaik Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely lady in Reception who helped us park our car, store our bikes and offered to help with any questions or information. Our family apartment was a good size, comfortable, clean and equipped as described. The air-con was much appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, transport and the beach. "

"Good location though took a little while to find the hotel as it’s not brilliantly signposted. But the staff and the rooms are nice. Quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Walkable along the river to the old town."

"Excellent hostel. Very clean. Incredibly friendly staff eager to please. Ten minutes to San Sebastián beach. In a rather industrial Area. Exterior is a bit daunting but once inside it’s a great experience. One of the best hostels I’ve experienced. Ideal for families too!"
