"Had a great four night stay at this hotel. It is a high quality hotel with excellent facilities such as the pool and sauna area; is very clean, and staff who could not be more helpful. The location cannot be beaten - right in the heart of the Old Town right by the market square. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, museums etc… all close by and within easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay there again should I be in Krakow again. "
"Wonderful hotel 11/10!! The room was extremely clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the square was amazing! I was worried about potential noise from the square at night, but there are actually two sets of windows so it is pretty quiet!! The room itself had so many little touches that made our stay super comfortable - wine on ice, free soda and juice, robes, slippers. We stayed in a junior suite and recommend it, worth every penny :)"

"This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square."
