They actually had little frying pans set out with the options, already prepared in them at the food station so you could see what they were making and then you could pick it out and they would make it all for you fresh and give you a little buzzer and you go back up and get your food. The view from our room on the 9th floor was to die for!! We spent lunch every day at the balashi bar and not only the staff but the drinks there were amazing. Ruins Del Mar was one of the best meals we had all trip. Make sure to reserve your palapas ahead of time and be down at the towel hut by 9:00am to claim them. Will definitely be back!! "
